Join us here at The Inn on Wednesday, March the 1st to support our Featured Artist of the Month, Mr. J. Ron Hayes!
Ron was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and is the 6th generaion of his gamily from East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. Wehn he was 12, he and his family moved to Michigan and then onto Ohio. He met and married his beautiful wife, Linda, and after 4 years in the Air Force, he went to work for Xerox. In 1988 Ron transferred back to Tennessee and settled in Rogersville, where he retired in 2007.
Ron has been interested in art since childhood and has been actively painting for 40 years. He has done some work in watercolor, but prefers oils. Most of his rececent paintings are landscapes of East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Westeren North Carolina, and also some very lovely paintings of Hale Springs Inn.
Come out and support this extremely talented gentleman on Wednesday, March the 1st! His artwork will be on display until the end of the month and will be available for purchase. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be served. We hope to see you here!!!!
